Train was contracted on a time and materials basis to complete construction of a grass roots cryogenic plant (ethane extraction) in Midale, Saskatchewan. Train coordinated all activities such as pile cutting, capping, skid delivery and setting, piping fabrication, installation and commissioning. Work required involved large cranes (>300 tonne) alloy fabrication, and coordination of all third parties. Train Oilfield was also the prime contractor for the work. The work was completed under budget and with no incidents. The project also included installation of 1400 meters of 8” cryogenic pipeline.
